libgo4-dbg software package provides Runtime library for GNU Go applications (debug symbols), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgo4-dbg
libgo4-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgo4-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgo4-dbg *
You will get with libgo4-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
